Understanding Your Workspace

Your workspace contains all working files, indexes, embeddings, and caches related to your project. After completion, you can extend retention with Session Extension, or let it delete automatically according to your project terms.

Downloading Your Delivery

When your project is complete and final payment is processed, a delivery package is generated with all deliverables, documentation, and checksums. You'll have 30 days to download the package. After that, you must have saved your own copy.
