Project ID System

Each project involves multiple identifiers. Here's what each means:

PLAN ID

Planning phase only. Used during initial consultation.

PROJECT ID

Overall customer work identifier. Tracks the entire engagement.

SESSION ID

Temporary workspace/data session. NOT authentication. Session ID identifies your workspace, not your user account.

INVOICE ID

Billing record. Tracks payment and financial transaction.

DELIVERY ID

Final deliverable package identifier. Used for download and version tracking.

Session Extension

Keep your temporary workspace available after project completion.

SESSION EXTENSION

Keep temporary workspace available

$2.00/day

Charged every 3 days

Cancel anytime

OFF BY DEFAULT — explicit consent required

No prechecked boxes. Cancellation must be available online in your customer portal.

Three Important Clocks

Do not confuse retention periods. Each serves a different purpose.

Secure Link Expiration

The secure download link expires (e.g., 48 hours).

But your paid entitlement doesn't expire. You can request a new link.

Delivery Package Retention

How long the finalized package remains downloadable on our servers (typically 30 days after generation).

After this, you must have already downloaded your copy.

Working Workspace Retention

How long your editable workspace remains available (project completion + optional extension).

After expiration, workspace enters deletion according to project policy.
